Cover bottom of 9" round glass dish with soup and green beans (can use frozen green beans). Peel and dice potatoes, boil in water until soft. Drain water and mash with 1Tbsp butter and a little milk (can use instant mashed potatoes too).
Brown beef, drain and add salt and pepper to taste. Can add some diced onion or onion flakes for flavor.
Add ground beef over top of soup and beans. Top with the mashed potatoes. Top with cheese if you wnt to (American or cheddar are yummy) and bake 350oF for 20 minutes.
